E-mail: support@netanaliza.com, phone: +48 795 055 173

2. Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by Namecheap, Inc. (USA). When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, date/time, page requested, browser type) are processed in server logs (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — secure operation). Transfers to the USA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Logs are deleted after a short period.

3. Cookies

This site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. Fonts are served locally from our server (no connection to Google Fonts). When the embedded Kartra form loads, Kartra may set technically necessary cookies required for the form to work. When you dismiss the cookie notice, we remember that choice in a single technical cookie / localStorage entry („naCb”, kept up to 12 months) so the notice is not shown again.

4. Contact and the title-fix form (Kartra)

If you e-mail us or use the free title-fix form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail, product titles) to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The form is provided by Kartra (Genesis Digital LLC, USA); submitted data are processed there under Standard Contractual Clauses. Data are deleted once no longer needed.

5. Title Agent (chat)

If you use the Title Agent chat, the messages and product titles you type are sent to our server and to our AI provider Anthropic PBC (USA; Standard Contractual Clauses) to generate the reply. We keep a conversation log (messages, titles, proposals and a random session ID — no IP address) to operate and improve the service and to prepare your free rewrites (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The session ID is stored in your browser’s sessionStorage and disappears when you close the tab. Your name and e-mail reach us only if you submit them in the form (see section 4).

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to complain to a supervisory authority (UK: ICO; EU: your local DPA). Privacy requests: support@netanaliza.com.
